Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, we will begin preparing it for shipment.

Local Shipping (in Bahrain)

  • Standard domestic are times are 1-3 business days, but may vary depending on your location.

International Shipping

  • we currently do not ship internationally yet

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by factors outside of our control, such as weather, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 8 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging intact.
  • Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To initiate a return, please contact our team at olisspace@outlook.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a further instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and they are inspected, we will process your refund or exchange request. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
